When will my order ship?

All of our items are made to order, specifically for you! For that reason, our typical turnaround time is 4-10 business days from the time you placed your order to get your order made, packaged, and shipped out to you! We know you are excited to get your order and we are so excited to get them to you! Your patience goes a long way when you are supporting a small business.


Why did I only receive part of my order?

All of our items are made to order, specifically for you! For that reason, sometimes certain items have stoking delays, or are coming from another one of our print shop locations, so some items may be shipped separately.

I haven't received my order. Where's my package?

If you think your package has been lost, please first check for tracking updates using the tracking number provided in your shipping email.

Once we have handed your package over to the carrier, it is out of our hands. If the tracking number does not provide the information you are looking for, please reach out to the carrier directly with any further questions or concerns.

If your order does not include a tracking number, please contact us directly using our contact form and we will be happy to assist you.

if your order says it was delivered and you haven’t received it, please first contact your local USPS (UPS/ FedEx) and fill out a missing item/package form this makes them aware of the situation and they will start the claim process of getting your money back through USPS / UPS / FedEx.

Sometimes all you need to do in these cases is wait 2-3 business days as sometimes the package will show up. We also recommend checking with your neighbors and household members to see if either it got delivered to the wrong address or a family member brought it in.


Once you have gone through these steps, please contact us about sending a reshipment. We understand that these things sometimes happen. We will take these issues on a case by case basis to get them resolved, and make sure you’re happy!

What should I do if I receive a damaged, or incorrect item?

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it, and if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours using our contact form. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality items and we will do everything in our power to make it right!

How do I know which size to buy?

Most of our apparel items are Unisex, which means they generally have a bit more room in the body and length in the sleeves than a traditional "women's fit." Each listing also includes a sizing chart with dimensions of the item. We recommend measuring a favorite, similar apparel item at home to compare to our sizing charts to make a decision that's best for you. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up if you like a little extra room or sizing down if you like your items more fitted!
